From here to your itinerary
Nothing is committed and nothing is payable at any point below. You will have the full plan and the final figure in front of you before the question of a deposit ever comes up.
A short conversation to pin down the things a form cannot: how firm your dates are, the pace you want, whether anyone in the group needs a slower day.
Hotels named, not "3-star or similar". The Ha Long boat named. Two or three hotel options per city, and the exact price per person on the front of it.
Swap a city, add a night, move up or down a hotel tier. We re-cost it and send it back. There is no limit on revisions and no pressure to decide.
A part-payment locks the hotels, cruise cabins and internal flights. The balance is due before departure, and the cancellation terms are stated in writing on your quote first.
Two things worth doing now
Neither is urgent. But travellers who have these ready tend to get a firm itinerary a full day sooner, because we are not waiting on an email to fill a gap.
Dig out your passports
Indian passport holders need a visa for Vietnam — there is no visa-free entry — and we submit the e-visa for you. To do that we will need:
- A colour scan of the passport photo page for every traveller, corners visible, no glare.
- A plain-background passport photo, taken recently. This is the one that gets applications rejected — no glasses, no smile, both ears visible.
- At least six months of validity left on the passport from your date of travel, and two blank pages.
Do not send these yet — wait until we ask, so they go to the right person on a secure channel rather than sitting in a general inbox.
Decide these four things
They are what the itinerary is actually built from, and they are the questions we will open the call with:
- How many nights you genuinely have, counting the two travel days. Six or seven is the sweet spot for a first trip.
- North, south, or both. Both in under a week means a domestic flight every other morning, which is the mistake that spoils most first Vietnam itineraries.
- Hotel tier. The gap between a good 3-star and a good 4-star in Vietnam is smaller than you would expect, and it is the easiest place to move the budget.
- Any food requirements. Vegetarian and Jain meals are entirely doable but need arranging in advance, especially on the Ha Long cruise.
